Fusion 8 rending/saving to desktop issues

Hello,

I've been working with fusion 8 for the a 3 to 4 days and I really like, I would even purchase a full version but I'm having an issue rending footage to the desktop. Also some of the muzzle flashes, smoke, muzzle sparks has been giving me issues. Once imported all is well but once I use merge nodes they light up red. I don't understand why. I've replaced them and all but still haven't had any luck. Also I've added sparks and it doesn't appear when I'm viewing the affects from the load node channel.

When I save the files on the desktop they're either all white videos from start to end or a corrupt still photo from start to end. Also I notice that it will blink red to each node one by one as it renders. At first I thought it was just noticing the areas it's rending off but now I'm a firm believer that it's not connecting to it properly. I've rebuilt my setup many times already and replaced footage multiple times. I don't know if it has something to do with rodypolis.com shootout stock pack, something I'm doing wrong, buggy software or that the operation system is not compatible for some reason. I'm using a window base system as of now. Overtime I might build a new machine or buy a mac.

I've tried everything and now I'm thinking of just buy hit film 4 pro. It's not too pricy but it's not too cheap. It works with resolve 12 and I already own a copy of resolve 10 and I'm hoping to update to 12 and use it as my main linear editing software. So my before I make my mind up, I was wondering if any of my fusion 8 brothers have any idea or can help figure it out before I spend money on another 3d editing software. I used a lot of the codecs so far and I am beat. Please feel free to give me as much advice you can give me.

Can you post screencaps and your comp?

Are you intending to render to fields? Not all codecs support that.

And don't buy a mac if you intend to use Fusion or Resolve. You will lose Generation entirely and they have terrible GPU support.

I noticed your Saver was set to Save Frames: Hi Quality Interactive. You should probably have that set to Full Renders Only.

If you're still having trouble, post a simple comp that's not working for you.
