Try removing your OFX plugins folder, that's the only way I could get 8.1.1 to launch on windows 10.

Hi Todd,
Had a look to see if I had OFX plugin folder but couldn't find it, C/Program files/Black Magic/ Fusion 8. Searched for OFX with Cortana/my stuff and still nothing.

Thanks for the suggestion though, much appreciated.

Ok Issue Fixed.
After contacting tech support at Blackmagic and carrying out their instructions, switch off firewall and antivirus, it still did not work.
The Solution, fresh clean install of Windows 10. Re installed Fusion 8 and launched first time.

In cases like this, if you feel really hacky you can try something like procmon from Microsoft to figure out which library might interfere or is missing.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/sys ... 95533.aspx

Also graphics card driver might play a role.

Btw. the OFX folders have very special locations like:
C:/program files/common files/OFX

This is part of the specs:
http://openfx.sourceforge.net/Documenta ... ngLocation
