Linux network rendering

PostFri Jul 29, 2016 8:29 am

I've installed the Fusion Studio Beta 8.2b1 on a RedHat machine and put the dongle on this machine. Studio is working fine. Many thanks for this.

Now I'm looking for the Fusion Render Node software to render across our Linux cluster.

Where can I find it?

I got this answer from BM Support
After speaking with our development team I can confirm that the Render Node installer is not included as part of the Linux beta.
This is currently still under development and will be available in a future release of Fusion.
However I am afraid that I cannot give any timescale for the development of such a release.

Thanks Arthur, that was fast.

After all, it's still a beta and we have been patient enough to wait for the Linux version to be released. A few more months will not kill us :D
