No Such File or Directory

Hi - I'm getting back into learning Fusion after 7 years away and I'm loving the Fusion Connect with Resolve. I keep getting an error though. "The composition could not be saved - no such file or directory" Is this an auto save thing which isn't set? I've just tried to set that but still getting the error. Do I need to quit and restart (trying that next but worried about losing stuff...)
