Fusion 8.2 build 2 Render not saving a file

When I render a comp Fusion saying it is rendered but when I look for the file it's nowhere to be found.
I have set up a saver node and entered the file type and name etc. then clicked render.

Any help would be apreciated

can you post a screenshot of your comp or the comp itself?

the only 2 reasons i see here is:
1) the saver is not connected to the rest of the tool chain
2) the saver is in "pass through" mode
