OpenCL

Is it possible to not have OpenCL Prefs on Windows 10 with a new computer? I remember tying old nvidia drivers solves the trouble but couldn't find the thread.
Windows 10 Pro 64Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K
Ram: 128GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
Disks: Samsung SSD 980 PRO

it can be a problem with the driver, had this shortly. after reinstalling the drivers the preferences were back and OpenCL errors gone
