Adding more points to an ellipse tool

PostSun Oct 16, 2016 3:05 am

Hi guys

I was wondering if the ellipse & rectangle have any options to add more points to mess with the shape

Im guessing its a default option and that you cannot add more points

The only way possible for now is to use a polygon and draw a circle cuz u can add more points, but the polygon may give you headaches trying to draw the perfect circle

Please let me know if im wrong on something

Thank you very much

There is no option to add points to ellipse tool, BUT there is an option to creat an ellipse or a rectangle in the polyline tool. Just create a blank polyline, do not add points yet and then right-click in the view and find the option 'create' in the menu. There you will find the option to create ellipses (and circles) and rectangles that CAN be changed. Hope this helps.
