Support doesn't look at this forum at all. On very rare occasions we see the product manager, and even more rarely one of the developers. If you want a response from Support, you'll have to use the email form in the Support page. I think the forums are intended to primarily be user-to-user assistance.
As far as I know, there isn't a log for Fusion standalone. There used to be a way to enable one with an environment variable, but I have no idea what that variable was, or if it even still works. Someone else may have better info, but the general policy is to not answer unless we have an answer, so silence can usually be interpreted as "I dunno."
