Video clips not working in Fusion tab

PostFri Jul 01, 2022 4:53 pm

I'm trying to Planar Track a video clip (MediaIn2) on top of the original video (MediaIn1).

MediaIn1 works as expected and I can see it in the viewer normally.

When I try draggin MediaIn2 clip from Media Pool to Nodes area, it is just blank and nothing shows up on the viewer. No explanation to this behaviour. I am not even connecting this node to anything. It just straight up won't play black at all. When connected to MediaOut, nothing. Tried with more than one video clips.

Is this some bug?

Your Global IN/OUT of MediaIn2 is probably different than your current Playhead time. Select the MediaIn2 node and check its Global IN/OUT in the Inspector.

The range of your timeline in your screenshot is 3776 to 3918. If you check your Global IN/OUT on your MediaIn2, it should be somewhere in that range or you will have to change it.

In the images below, in the first one I have the Playhead at 279, but the Global IN/OUT of the clip is 0 to 228, so it won't play in the viewer. If I move the Playhead to lower than 228, the video is visible. Both clips need to be in the same range.
