How do remove a TV Logo?

Does anyone know how to remove a TV Logo from screen?

Like this (top left).

How well does it need to be removed? If it's supposed to be completely invisible as if it was never there, it will be quite difficult. If blurring it is enough then it's much easier.
So what are you trying to achieve?
