Where can I find the SDK for Fusion (9 and 16), I can't find any links on the developer page, the support page, or the forum?

Hi Sven Neve

The Fusion SDK is no longer being made publicly available.

Both Resolve and Fusion (standalone) continue to support the OpenFX framework.

Where does that leave plugin developers who are currently using the Fusion 16 SDK?

Nothing has changed since BMD's acquisition of Eyeon. The Fusion SDK can be requested and requires signing an NDA (if you haven't done that already). There simply isn't a public download.

What this has to do with OpenFX I am not sure, perhaps Brendan was merely pointing out options.

OpenFX is a world of pain, though. Poor implementations, wonky compatibility, it essentially doesn't even offer the very reason for its existence (one format deploys on everything). It's good that Fusion/Resolve supports it, sure, but it holds no candle to native plugins and their scope.

Hi Brendan,

I think your response could be interpreted in the wrong way and/or adds to the confusion when it comes to obtaining the SDK. Are you referring to the Eyeon days when you could just download the Fu SDK? As stated by Pieter, you can still request it if you shoot a mail. You should get a reply within a couple of days. And no, you don't need to sign an NDA (I didn't have to at least).
