Clip timeline: Red and Yellow bars: which is their meaning?

I noticed that moving the yellow bars the 2 numbers at the left change, whereas moving the red bar the number at the right changes...
So which is exactly the meaning of these 3 bars??

Τhe yellow bars are the in and out frames of the footage you are working with and the red is the playhead
