screen Preview cropped ?

Hi all,
Anyone had this issue ? - recently I switched to a 4k monitor and now find fusion 9.02 won't display a full screen preview ..it only shows one quarter on of the image ..the rest is cropped out.

any idea how to fix this ?

Press CTRL+F when viewing a preview. I think this should scale the preview to fit.

thanks for the reply, I did try that - it just fits the image inside the reduced viewing area - its as though fusions full screen preview is locked to a lower resolution than my 4k monitor - I've tried to find some setting in prefrences and restalled the software
- curiously Fusion 16 doesn't have this issue !

Can you post a screenshot showing the problem? What OS are you using?

thanks for the resposne - see screen shot of the issue ..I'm using windows 10 - no matter how I scale the framing its always restricted to a bottom left viewing area

Have you tried changing the screen scaling in Windows 10?

yes tried that it has no effect ..it just magifies the same view - to me i think its a hidden setting in fusion that governs display area for a full screen preview

Does everything else in the Fusion UI seem to be working OK?

yes everything else all displays as normal - its just since my switch to a 4k res monitor that seems to have upset it, I've gone through every setting in fusion to find and change anything with image resolution to match 4k res ..so frustrating

fixed this !
if anyone has the same issue ..on a pc (windows 10) and go into properties on the each affected app ( via app icon ) goto compatibility tab - go to change high DPI setting - choose override by system
