Is there an easy way to add superscript text?

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a Registered Trade Mark ® icon to some text but can't seem to find an "easy" way to do it (although I have found a workaround, it's a bit of a faff and don't imagine it would work in every situation.

Here's what I'm doing currently (Free version of Davinci Resolve 16.2 currently)

1) Select the clip I want in the timeline
2) Go to Fusion
3) Select the relevant text node
4) Add the ® icon by using alt+0174 - this inserts the reg mark at the same height at the rest of the text
4) Right click (I'm using a PC) and select "Character Level Styling"
5) Highlight the ® (Side note/Bug: This doesn't always work - seems to be about 50/50. I normally fix it by reloading the project or even restarting resolve)
6) Go to the "Modifiers" tab and resize to the desired size using the slider.
... at this point, as I'm using the "Century Gothic" (Regular) Font, it aligns the ® to the BOTTOM of the line.

If I try to reposition using the "vertical" positioning slider, nothing happens. It doesn't move at all.

The only way I've been able to find that allows me to repositon it, is by switching to the "transform" tab, and juggling the XYZ axis around until it looks about right but I think this probably varies depending on font size, font type etc.

In case it helps anyone else though, here are the settings I'm currently using:

Text Tab:
Font: Century Gothic (Regular)
Size: 0.037
Horizontal: 0
Vertical: -1.0

Transform Tab:

Spacing: 1.0
Pivot:
X: 0.039 / Y: 0.072
Pivot Z: 0.06

Rotation:
X: 28.7
Y: -15.7
z: -341.7

Sheer:
X: -0.59
Y: 0.37

Size (remains at 1.0 for both)

If anyone knows of an easier way I'd love to learn it :) Thanks!

You can switch to the Shading tab under the Modifiers, then Position>Offset to move the character.
