Can use Fusion as a stand-alone version?

PostSun Nov 22, 2020 9:07 am

Hello everybody,
as an owner of a Blackmagic Pocket 4K how can I use Fusion?
I mean, I have to access Fusion trough Davinci?
Or can I open a stand-alone Fusion version?

Thx for a reply!

If you gave a DaVinci Resolve activation key you can use it with Fusion Studio v17.0 public beta

Uhm, great, but how to give DaVinci Resolve activation key? :?:
I mean: how does it work? Have I to send you via PM, or what exactly?

If Resolve Studio works on your system then you should be able to run Fusion Studio 17 as well. Without having to use a separate key. Normally Fusion Studio 17 shouldn't even ask for a key if Resolve Studio runs.
Have you tried to run Fusion Studio 17 yet?

Wow, this is wonderful news! I downloaded and started experimenting with it and really like it. Fusion Studio seems to have quite a few little quality-of-life/workflow enhancements over Resolve's Fusion. A very enjoyable program, and a delightful bonus.
Resolve Studio 17 latest, Fusion Studio 17 latest, macOS Big Sur latest, MacBook Pro 2020 64GB RAM and Radeon Pro 5600M 8GB VRAM
