Fusion studio activation issues

Hi,

I have purchased the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor & dongle bundle from Thomann.de. I downloaded and installed Resolve Studio 17.1 as well as Fusion Studio 17.1

The dongle is at a USB door, internet is on.

Resolve studio works, Fusion Studio doesn't.

Can you please guide me on the steps needed to make Fusion Studio work?

I contacted support, and they helped me.
The problem was "Synology Drive VSS Service" not under Processes, but Services; I stopped it, disabled it, and Fusion worked.
I hope the steps above might help other people having similar issues.
