How to blink a circle?

PostTue May 18, 2021 7:08 pm

Hi,

I´m using fusion to draw a circle (paint) highlighting some image area of a video. I would like to apply a blinking effect over this circle with a period of 1 second or so. I though that FlickerAddition would be the right tool to blink the circle but the circle remains fixed on the video.

Is it the right tool the FlickerAddition to produce a blinking effect?

regards,

If by blinking you mean turning it off and on, you can just use the blend slider of the mask or the paint stroke and animate that.

you can manually keyframe opacity in the merge mode. Just change it between 0 and 100 a few times. Even throw in 20% and 80% here and there.
