Edit the lines in a lower third title

Aloha, There's a lower third title that's bracketed by 3 lines on the top, left, and bottom. I want to change it to top, right side, and bottom without flipping the text (would need to right-justify it though). Assume this is easy in fusion but I can't find any documentation. Ideas?
