Hi,

I have a fairly basic question.

I can run Fusion Studio 17 on my laptop with a dongle just fine, but this morning I installed it on my new desktop computer and Fusion is not recognizing the dongle.

I can't remember but do I need to install a separate driver for the dongle? I assumed the Fusion installer should have taken care of that but just wondering. If I do need to install drivers, can somebody point me to them? Running latest Windows 10 btw.

...the problem is, I'm using the latest installer (17.3.1). Any ideas?

Fusion had never been installed on this desktop computer before, so I'm wondering if I should try an earlier installer. Maybe whatever is currently running on my laptop will be a good test.

Ah! Never mind. It's running now.

This is so dumb but maybe this info will help somebody: I don't know why I didn't try this first but after rebooting the computer, Fusion recognized the dongle.

You need to set up your FitBit so that it warns when the blood level in your caffeine stream has risen to dangerous levels!
