Can't Activate F17.4 on OS 12

New activation code which was tested by some one on Win11 and worked

Code does activate Resolve 17.4 ok

Code instantly fails on OS 12.01 and OS 12.1

Tried and Failed :
retype code, because typos happen
open DMZ on router to machine I'm trying to activate
tethered internet connection to iphone to see if its a ISP problem
uninstalled 17.1, reinstalled 17.4

no activation works.
