Cannot save any compositions [Fusion Studio 17 latest build]

I only started using Fusion two days ago, so I am pretty new to the game. I've used it all day long and had no problems, however, I suddenly cannot save my compositions anymore. When I hit save, nothing happens. I tried restarting the software, restarting my PC and repairing the program using the software tools windows offers. Still no luck. Even if I just open the program and directly hit save, nothing happens. I cannot even save composition1. Does anyone know how to fix this? The only thing left I can think of is to reinstall, but I'd rather not if there's another way.
For further information: I am on a windows 10 PC.
