Fusion - linking the Patch Replacer with Planar Transform

PostSat Dec 11, 2021 3:15 pm

I have, what I think will be, a simple process question. I wish to replace or hide an unwanted object in a clip. I was thinking of using the Patch Replacer which seems to work fine on a frame. But, I don't know how to 'link' the Planar Transform to it.

Can one of you please provide a solution? I am certain the answer is simple but I cannot seem to figure it out.

Thx!!

I would suggest using the Paint tool in Fusion for this. Here are some videos on the subject.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for getting back to me. Interestingly enough, I had seen both of those videos before and in fact am subscribed to VFX Study as he has a monster brain. Clearly he does this as a career and I'm just toying with it.

I managed to learn to use other methods to solve my issue.

Kind regards and happy holidays.
