So I opened Photoshop and told it to make a 649 x 328mm image at 300 DPI:

And it gave me an image of 7665 x 3874 pixels. So that's the image size I would make in Fusion.

However I think there will be an issue with image metadata. I tried exporting a 7665 x 3874 PNG from Fusion Studio, then loaded it into Photoshop. By default it assumed the DPI was 72:

Indicating there's no metadata specifying 300 DPI, which might affect any printing process.
To fix that, I change the DPI to 300, and then corrected the Percent back to 100 (as by default changing the DPI wants to scale the image up):

Then I saved that in Photoshop and re-opened it, and confirmed that the Properties showed it as being at 300 DPI (it has the correct metadata):

A second issue is that if this is going for printing, they may want it in CMYK, not sRGB. And Resolve/Fusion definitely can't export in CMYK.
So you may also need to use photo software like Photoshop to convert the Fusion image into CMYK - check with the printers as to what CMYK profile to use, as there are various different profiles.
I think all of that will then be OK, though it's not something I've ever tried to do myself!
