doing math operations on xy path?
Is there a way to create the differential of of an X or Y curve?
- or subtract a smoothed version of the same curve?
The purpose of the exercise is to detect subtle erratic speed changes in a clip that has dropped frames.
So I tracked movement using an xy curve.
If it was possible to amplify just the differential of either the x or y curve between two frames that would make the erratic movement more visible and make it possible to mark it and deal with it.
Thanks for any hints!
