interesting bug png.mov, Fusion Resolve Studio
Found this interesting bug today, let me go through the steps.
I have PNG.mov VFX assets, these ones are rain effects on black/alpha backgrounds.
So the assets play in the media tab, and they play in the edit tab/timeline and they even play in the color tab fine.
However when I drag them into the fusion tab they wont load at all, when I send them to a veiw there is no FOV or DOD shown, nothing...
So I figure the problem is a little "glitch" and to fix I can probably just drop the assets to the timeline and then make them Fusion comps with the right click option this way the edit page "decodes" them first, and yeah that works. Even without turning them into actual fusion comps I can switch to the fusion page and view them.
BUT, even with this "kind of" working I still cant add them to other fusion comps and have them seen. So like I can see the assets in one fusion comp, then switch over to my working film / plate comp and try to add the asset's mediaIn node to that comp and it stops working...
