bug in fusion causing instant crash

There seems to be a bug in fusion 17.4.3 build 14.
I've gotten a crash any time I try to make a change to the Ranges of a color node (color corrector, color gain, keying nodes)

I can confirm this.

I can confirm it as well, but it seems to be dependant on GPU and/or graphics drivers - on one system (FuStudio 17.4.3, RTX 3080, win 10 pro, nvidia driver 511.09) I get the pretty much instant crash on changing ranges (no crash on FuStudio 9.0.2), but on another (GTX 1070, win 10 pro, nvidia driver 472.12) changing ranges doesn't crash.

More confirmation. We just upgraded to 17.4.3 b14. We're now experiencing a crash any time a Ranges control is touched, or if a Ranges Mask tool is added to a comp.

2x Intel Xeon E5-2660
64 GB RAM
Nvidia RTX A4000

I believe all of our workstations have that same configuration.

edit: We're rolling back to 17.3.2, which does not have that crash.

Also applies to Delta keyer node, as per this post on WSL -

https://www.steakunderwater.com/wesuckl ... 591#p40591

It's looking like any tweaking of the range node curve graph can crash fusion 17.4.3, whether it be in Colour Corrector, Delta Keyer or whatever - depending on graphics card and/or driver.

Hopefully this will help BMD track it down and fix it, as it makes 17.4.3 virtually unusable on (presumably) a lot of machines.

I get this with a geforce 3090.

Is quite problematic...

In the version 17.4.4 build 5 This crash still happens.
Hey, fix this please!

Checked on Fusion Studio and Resolve 17.4.4 -

on system with Geforce RTX 3080 changing range crashes Fusion and changing ranges in Resolve Fusion page crashes resolve

on system with Geforce GTX 1070 no crash in either Fusion or Resolve

As this is also a Resolve bug maybe BMD will fix it . . . makes it very difficult to use Fusion or Resolve Fusion with a high end graphics card.

I installed a previous version and at least is not crashing but I get the following message:

Warning: No usable GPU devices found.
I mean... I have a Nvidia 3090 and AMD 3990x 64GB ram and my professional software is crashing and/or not having benefit of the GPU... ( the seems happening with all the RTX cards )
I really don't understand how this wasn't a priority fix for the latest release...

Tested with Fusion Studio 17.4.5 mobile GPU RTX3080 win 10 driver 511.65 - now no crash in colour corrector when range controls are used.

Tested with Resolve Studio 17.4.5 mobile GPU RTX3080 win 10 driver 511.65 - now no crash in colour corrector when range controls are used.

So hopefully fixed - thanks, BMD!

thank you for the fix guys!
