Issue with graphic tablet on Fusion standalone

PostTue May 17, 2022 5:44 pm

Hi,
I have this issue with my Graphic tablet (an XP-Pen 13) when I use "Paint".
There's no problem with Fusion in Davinci Resolve
Just with the standalone.
I make a video to show the problem.

if someone has an idea why?
Thx!

My shot-in-the-dark guess is that it's a video driver problem. Fusion doesn't always play nice with every version, so sometimes updating or stepping back to an earlier driver can fix problems like that.

I haven't seen any problems with Paint in 18. In fact, it seems to be improved over 16. I'm using a Wacom Intuos 4 Pro with an Nvidia RTX 3060 graphics card.

Hi,
Thx Bryan for your feedback.
I update everything (I think) video driver, graphic tablet... but nop.
Nothing change.
I know Fusion 18 is still in beta so maybe...
Maybe I need to wait for the final release.
Maybe it's optimized for the Wacom tablet too.

a lot of "Maybe"...

It's curious that I don't have this problem on Fusion in Davinci Resolve.
I'm using an XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro and an Nvidia RTX 3060 graphic card.

Not that it's helpful but I've had that same problem crop up from time to time with different betas and different graphics drivers. I use an Intuos 3 and a Huion bluetooth at home and an Intuos 4 at work. Beta 16 had issues with the Huion tablet like what you have and the Intuos 3 had it on a separate computer when I remoted into a computer at work. I've never had it affect a final version but emailing support might just make sure it's on their radar again? All of these are on the 10 series of Nvidia cards. 1070s and 1080tis.

hi Ben,
I'm glad I'm not the only one to have this problem ;)
Can you tell me how can I email the support?
Thx
