How to use merge with planar tracker?

I just wanted to animate the opacity of my tracked text but no matter what it doesn't work as i wanted. Where should i put it? (Using planar transform moves the text with motion instead of as planar tracker makes it stand still :/ )

If you want to animate the opacity of your text, just keyframe the Opacity on the Shading tab of the Text+ node.
