Want to create earthquake effect in fusion same as final cut

Hi everyone i am new to da vinci and i wonder that how can someone create an earthquake like effect in da vinci resolve fusion page. I know normal shaky text can be modified by a modifier like shake or perturb but i want to create layers which gives a feeling of motion blur without being too toxic on the system.

Why not use actual motion blur with the modifiers? There's a good chance that merging multiple layers will be more taxing on your system than just using actual motion blur.

In either case i want to learn how to made that effect in particular. Btw thanks for your response.
