Possibly to disable Auto Generate Keyframes?

PostMon Aug 01, 2022 11:28 am

Hiya,
One problem I have is that I often like to tweak nodes with say color grading and when I do this will generate a new keyframe if I have moved in time.
Is there a way to disable this behaviour?
Often I need to move back and forward in time to test if a module is doing the right thing, but I just want to have the node without keyframes so I end up creating 5 different keyframes that I later have to go in and delete and then make sure I stand on the same place in time.

Cheers,
Andreas

Ok, I figured it out. Just be careful to never create any keyframes. If you do create any make sure that they are all deleted.

As far as I know this only happens when you've animated the nodes to begin with.
Are you experiencing auto generated keyframes without animating the values first?

Just disable the auto function by clicking that red dot left of the keyframe window.
