Create Macro Missing On Fusion Page

When I select a group of nodes on the fusion page, then right click to create a macro, there is no "Create Macro" option, only an "Edit Macro" option which lists previous macros.

It works for me. Are you sure you are selecting the nodes then right-clicking on one of the nodes and going to Macro>Create Macro. If you click on a blank area of the Node Editor you will see what you are describing.
