Creating higher Resolution Compound Clips?

I want to use a compound clip to put a facecam and a frame together. I want to zoom in far enough for the facecam to go full screen (frame cut off).
If I am creating a regular compound clip in 1920p I am going to lose quality, because the facecam image gets scaled down.
For this reason I would like to create a Compound Clip with 4k resolution, so my facecam image won't be scaled down.
How would I do that?
Is there another possibility to achieve this?
