Thanks for the tip. TimeStretcher does not work. Simply connect a loader to TimeStrechter and activate the display. Then start play. TimeStretcher outputs the first frame. It remains a still image after TimeStrechter (all parameter are default settings).
TimeSpeed changes the number of frames. But they cannot be saved to a file. If you connect the output of TimeSpeed to a saver and adjust the frame rate (60fps), a source clip with 30fps is simply halved. You don't get twice the number of frames per second out of TimeSpeed if you double the speed, for example.
Have I missed something? That's not how it works.
