Fusion tracker not working in 18.1.4

Simple tracking has stopped working. When I attempt to track forward, nothing happens. When I try to delete the tracker node, Resolve complains that the render is still ongoing But no keyframes created), and when I override it goes into an infinite loop and has to be force quit.

Mac OS 13.2.1 on an M1 Mini with 16 GB RAM.Highly repeatable.

Make sure to drag the Tracker node into the Viewer before tracking, otherwise it won't work indeed.
