Masking video?

PostFri Mar 24, 2023 5:12 pm

Hi everyone!

I'm wondering how I can mask a subject in a video when the source isn't greenscreen [For After Effects users, this would be akin to the painting rotoscope tool]. I've learned how to make static masks, but not animated masks to accommodate a changing subject in a motion video.

Thanks!

And of course there are the more traditional rotoscope tools for the cases where Magic Mask doesn't suffice or in addition to what Magic Mask gives you.
