Randomly fade text out

Firstly - Hi, New here!

Having used resolve for a few months and purchasing the studio verison, i have for the first time come across something i can't seem to do.

It wasn't for my own project, but having delved into Resolve for a while now, i'm getting lightly proficient at using the fusion tab and creating custom titles, animations or effects. One of my creator freinds asked me how to do the 'Modern Warfare text effect' so that he could put it in some of his video's. Firstly - I had no idea what this was and had to look it up - I found a few how-to videos for other editing software to make this effect, but since i reccomended Resolve to him thought i would figure it out.

Now, i don't know if it's me being unable to use my words when looking for this effect, but i have managed to create the type font appear by using a combination of Text Scramble, and Write on effects in text+ but for the life of me i can't figure out how to do 2 things.

1. Change the animation of the text into a different animation after applying the first animation

2. Find a way to remove the text characters randomly.

by random text character removal, i mean each character on screen dissapears at random quickly.

Example above.

Any help would be appreciated since it's annoying me that i can't figure it out!

You can use the Follower Modifier on a Text+ node and choose "Completely Random" for the Order. Then keyframe the Opacity under the Shading tab.
