Need a "Movie" render (not numbered stills)!

I had a system crash, so had to move to Windows10 with Fusion 7 (from Windows7 with Fusion 6). I also now have VegasPro20.

With my old system I rendered all Fusion comps to .MOV; it still lets me do that with Fusion7, but Vegas won't recognize MOVs now.

Does Fusion7 have any other options, like MP4 or something, that will output a single "movie" file and not sequenced still images? I just tried doing compressed .TGA files, but the folder size is just gigantic and makes Vegas hang even loading it.

I need help please!

you could transcode the master file from fusion with a 3rd party app, or with resolve.
You could export an .mxf file from fusion standalone if that is compatible.
Although as it seems your problem is vegas and the codec in the .mov file

I recommend moving up to Fusion 9 (the last version before the UI change). I imagine the Vegas issue is that it no longer supports the legacy Quicktime codecs, which were retired due to security issues in the QT player. Fusion 8+ uses a more modern set of QT codecs which should be widely compatible with current software.

You'll also get access to the Reactor package manager, which is an amazing community-maintained project.

Keep that F7 install on hand, though. You'll need it to be able to open old Quicktime files that nothing else can read any more.
