Help: How to preview comp in a proxy or lower resolution

PostWed Mar 27, 2024 10:46 pm

Hello!

Is it possible to preview my Fusion composite in a proxy resolution? Or something like 50% of the full resolution? How would I do this?

Thank you!

Yes there is. In Fusion standalone there is a Prx button under the viewer that allows you to do just that.

In the Fusion page this option is hidden in the UI, but you can access the options by right-clicking in the 'timeline area' of the screen i.e. the part of the screen with the start/end render time, the playback controls and the current frame field. The menu that will appear will have the proxy options in there.
