Time Counting in 20 Minutes steps

I'm new and unfortunately I haven't found anything about this, I hope you can help me. I have a video in which a picture has been taken every 20 minutes and I need a time display that starts at 0 and counts up frame by frame in 20 minute increments. Can someone be so kind and tell me how to do this in Davinci. Thank you very much
