Two comps, two separate windows?

In Fusion Studio, is there a way to have one comp open in one monitor and another comp open in another monitor?

The easiest way to do this is just start Fusion twice.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm on macOS, which generally doesn't allow two instances of the same app, unless you hack the app bundle. Which I rather not do.
