Can't See BSpline and Transform Gizmo Looks Weird

Hello All,

My coworker has an issue I've not been able to resolve. When creating a BSpline in Fusion, he can't see the spline and his transform gizmo look weird (not the normal "up" arrow and "right" arrow). If I open the project on my computer, it looks fine.

Can anyone tell me what has happened and how to fix it?

Thanks for any help!

Stu

This appears to be a graphics card driver issue according to https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=210829.

Aaaaand....

Already figured out a solution. It seems it is related to the recent Nvidia driver update. By changing the Global preset in the "Manage 3d Settings" section of Nvidia Control Panel from Base profile to "3D App - Video Editing", it works again.

Hope this helps!

This fix did make the fusion gizmo work correctly for me. Prior to this the last driver that worked for me with fusion was 553.62. I can now run 572.60 providing no other issues turn up.

My machine has Dual RTX A6000 cards (the one before ADA).

I looked at the options in that preset, and the strange thing is that it looks like it has exactly the same options set. if I switch back to the Baseline preset the gizmo gets corrupted on the next launch of Fusion. There must be more to the preset than those values below or I keep missing what value is different.

I am curious if this will impact any of my other software and if Black Magic will be able to address this issue without needing this setting that few people know about.
