Macro Scripting Reference Manual?

One thing I have found to be very perplexing. Is that while Fusion is immensly powerful. And you can do tons of stuff with macro's and templates. I... I just want to find a reference manual for editing the resulting macro text.
I mean. I know of the 4000 page Resolve manual. But. For all those pages. I can't find anything about how a .setting file is actually supposed to be structured. If I want to divide the Inspector controls into sections? Nothing. If I want to make separate tabs or pages or whatever it's called? Nada. If I want to have a dynamic text that I can update with an expression? Nill. What is a "ViewInfo = GroupInfo { Pos = { 0, 0 } },"? beats me. Is it important to keep in the file? dunno.
The result is that I often spend countless hours fruitlessly scowering reddit threads, wesuckless-threads, the BMD forum threads, I google things. I waste so much time watching tutorials that it turns out is not interested in talking about what I am searching for... Until I get something that's close to what I'm looking for that I end up settling with.
I mean... I feel like there's something I am missing here? Something very fundamental.
Is there really no reference manual out there by BMD? What are all the cool kids doing to learn how to do the fun stuff?
As I always assume things like these are due to end user error (aka me being a dumdum). If what I am looking for is in here somewhere. How do I find it?
