saved Fusion macros have black background despite alpha

PostFri May 16, 2025 5:53 pm

I have the problem that the subtitles I created with graphic animations as alpha templates, when I save them as Fusion macros and use them later in Resolve 20, have a black background in the edit tab in Resolve despite the alpha channel and the perfect functioning in Fusion. The Fusion animation itself does not have these problems. This only occurs after saving as Fusion macros. Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong or a similar problem?
I would be very grateful for any help.
Best regards
Florian.

What are you settings in the edit page for showing transparency on the timeline? Is it set to black or checkerboard?

The transparency in the timeline is set to black. Unfortunately, changing this does not bring any change.

Than I would need more information to try to diagnose the problem. What is the nature of this macro. Can you share the node tree code. How is the macro saved?
