full texture, Sphere3D in Fusion (Free version)

Hi everyone! I'm new to DaVinci Resolve and Fusion, and I'm using the free version.
I'm trying to create a 3D Earth using a Sphere3D and an equirectangular Earth texture. However, the image only shows up on part of the sphere — not the full surface. I want the texture to cover the entire sphere once (no tiling or repetition), but it doesn't wrap correctly.
I connected the image to a Blinn material and used a standard Sphere3D node. I also tried downloading ready-made Earth 3D setups for Fusion (with materials and everything), but the same problem happens — the texture doesn't map properly across the whole planet.
Am I missing something? Do I need to use UVMap3D or import a different 3D model with proper UVs? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
