What are your system specs?

Fusion can only use the default GPU from you system, and you can only select the video card that will be used for openCL calculations.
The only thing I can think of, is perhaps some way to change the default video card to the nividia, if that is at all possible.
Curious why your system slows down when you disable the internal card? Admittedly, i'm not a hardware guy, but you would think the card left standing, which I am amusing is more powerful than your internal card would improve overall performance, and not degrade it.
I'll poke around and see what I can find, but as Adam asked, can you post your system specs so we can have a better idea of what your working with?
Thanks
Rony

If he's using a laptop then it will always show the Intel as default due to Optimus. On some programs such as Edius and Adobe programs you can go into the nVidia control panel and tell it to use the nVidia card, but that doesn't work with Fusion
