What do You mean?? FBX import does import all geometry, with hierarchy, all materials (do not know about textures in latest version, but they are easy to load if necessary). None of compo apps support multiple UVsets, and You could have per-vertex animation (with the help from a plugin)..
But, from what i gather, in Your scene - it's "static" models, so no geometry animation.. this usually transfers well
