Fusion coming for mac?

Hello BlackMagic'ers,

Adobe has severely dropped the ball on Mac users. The Adobe forums are ablaze of people having nothing but problems on top of problems, including myself and my studio.

Fusion 7, with GPU support and some of its features built on architecture is going to be a game changer for the industry and will help my small studio start getting renders and compositing on track.

I was hoping if BMD could give us an estimate for Fusion for Mac, nothing specific, but generally... Like if they are aiming at Q1 2015 vs Q3 2015. I need to make some serious decisions about switching to some temporary software.

If you really want to switch to Fusion now, you could make do with running it through Bootcamp or a Virtual Machine for now. There are quite a number of people running Fusion on their macs right now.

Runs very nicely on my Mac Pro 2013, Windows 8.1, especially after 7.6 update.

Waiting for OS X version as well. My guess would be late Q2 this year, at the earliest with an announcement around NAB time. No one knows at this point.
