Problem to make a horizontal crawl ?

I try to make a standart horizontal crawl with fusion free ( 2D 1920x1080 25 i) but get only stuttering animations. Same with 25p and 50p in preferences framerate, but it still stutters.

I7, Win7 64, 16GB, decklink Extreme 4K

I tried to make simple 2D Text to crawl horizontal, but the animation is always stuttering.
It should a 1920x1060 50i, played on a decklink ext. 4k.
I animate the Center x on the DVE Tool. HQ and MB is on.
