Fusion not working

Hi there, I'm new to the forum

I was really interested in using Fusion for my animation projects. When I open up the fusion Icon it goes to the loading screen saying "Initializing" and then bizarrely immediately closes down.

Whats going on? I've re-installed it and the problem still persists. Im running windows 7 64bit. Hope to get this sorted soon.

Try these steps first.

-temporarily disable all virus protection
-temporarily disable firewall completely
-Run as administrator

Verify that eyeonscript.exe and eyeonserver.exe are running in the task manager.

Graphics card driver could be another issue.

And in case of a virus scanner - check your virus chest if nothing has been put into exile.
