Fusion Audio Playback Offset/Sync issue [Bug?]

Running Fusion 7.7.1 Build 0 on Windows 7 Pro x64
When using audio file (wav) as reference, the sound is out of sync by approx. 4 frames. The waveform shown in the timeline is correct but what I hear does not match. Setting the audio offset to -4 gets it back in sync. The audio file itself is fine and in sync with the video (confirmed by the waveform and playback in other software). Audio playback in Fusion is delayed.
Anyone else having this issue? Is it a bug?
I've tried it on 2 systems and multiple video and audio files. All playback equally out of sync.
Would greatly appreciate if anyone can confirm.
thanks!
